Neteller CEO apologize on YouTube
After six months of silence from Neteller they now informed that they have started paying back the american customers last monday, but the CEO Ron Martin wasn't pleased with just sending an impersonal mail as an apologize.
So the last week he did upload a video on YouTube where he personally apologize for everything that has affect the american customers.
In the video he's speaking about that it wasn't Netellers intention to not paying back the customers and that it was the new US-law that stopped them. After a half year of battle against the US-government they now have the permition to start paying back all the customers money. The 30th of July the transfers began, and after the first day $40 millions was send to respective owners. Totally they're going to send back $94 millions.
