Neteller listed on the stock-market

After the battle with the U.S government, and the arrests of the founders and the ex-chefs, Neteller now seems to clear things up.

It started with $60 millions frozen at Neteller, and finnished with a fine of $134 millions to the government, but they are now republished at the stock-market.
